Die nachfolgenden Geschäftsbedingungen (nachfolgend „AGB“) finden zwischen dir als Nutzer (nachfolgend „Du“) meiner App SchulPlaner (nachfolgend „SchulPlaner App“) und mir, Alexander Steiner, An der Germania Brauerei 20, 48159 Münster, Deutschland (nachfolgend „Ich“) Anwendung.

Der Download der kostenfreien Basisversion bzw. kostenpflichtigen Version *SchulPlaner Pro* der *SchulPlaner App* erfolgt über den App Store.

Derzeit biete ich verschiedene Abo- und Zahlungsmodelle für die Nutzung der Version *SchulPlaner Pro* der *SchulPlaner App* an. Die verschiedenen Abonnementzeiträume sowie die anwendbaren Preise sind im App Store und in der *SchulPlaner App* einsehbar. Die Preise können jederzeit von mir geändert werden. Preisänderungen werden im App Store bzw. in der *SchulPlaner App* veröffentlicht.

Sämtliche Abonnements sind im Voraus für die jeweilige Abonnementperiode zu bezahlen. Die Abwicklung von Zahlungen erfolgt über den App Store.

Sobald Deine Abonnementperiode ihr Ende erreicht, wird Deine Buchung automatisch, sofern Du nicht spätestens vor Ablauf des Abonnements gekündigt haben, um die anfangs gebuchte Buchungsperiode verlängert und über den App Store mit Dir abgerechnet.

Du kannst bestehende Abonnements jederzeit über einen Link in der *SchulPlaner App* oder direkt im App Store zum Ende der gewählten Abonnementperiode kündigen.

Your use of the SchoolOrganizer app (the “App”) is governed by this legal agreement (the “Terms”). The Service is provided by Alexander Steiner (“Developer”), located at An der Germania Brauerei 20, 48159 Münster, Germany. By using the Service, you are agreeing to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions about these Terms, you can write me. Thanks for reading! 🙌 The Service is available to you if you are 13 years of age or older. If you are 13 or older, but under the age of majority in your country of residence, you must review this agreement with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand it. You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with the Developer and are not barred under any applicable laws from doing so.

You can choose to upgrade to SchoolOrganizer Pro from within the app via In-App-Purchase. The purchase will be applied to your iTunes account on confirmation. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period, either monthly or annual. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings.
